Your Data, Your Control
We built Tweet-Time Indexer with privacy as a core principle. Here's exactly how we handle your data.
All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours
We don't use analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts
No registration required, no personal data collected
Files exist only for processing, then are permanently removed
When you upload screenshots, they are temporarily stored on our servers for processing. Here's what happens:
Your uploaded files and extracted data are retained for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. There is no way to recover files after deletion.
We take reasonable measures to protect your uploaded files during the brief period they exist on our servers:
Secure Transmission
All file uploads and downloads are transmitted over HTTPS encryption.
Isolated Processing
Each job is processed in isolation. Your files are not accessible to other users.
No Permanent Storage
We don't maintain backups of user uploads. When files are deleted, they're gone.
Unique Job IDs
Each session gets a unique identifier. Without this ID, files cannot be accessed.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your uploaded files or extracted data to any third parties. Your screenshots and their contents remain confidential.
Note: The OCR processing happens entirely on our own servers. We do not send your images to external OCR services or AI providers.
Since we don't collect personal information or maintain user accounts, traditional data rights (access, correction, deletion requests) don't apply in the usual sense. However:
Tweet-Time Indexer is open source. You can review our code to verify our privacy practices, or run your own instance if you prefer complete control over your data processing.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how we handle data, please open an issue on our GitHub repository or contact us through the project's communication channels.
